1. the position under review- Auditor

2. a job summary or job purpose- to conduct financial timely audits for the company internal needs and support the senior management. Plus do as directed by top management on need basis.

3. the reporting relationships for the position – Reports to Audit Manager    

4. the methods of data collection – Job portal, company internal data, prior auditor description                     

5. the 4 most important duties or responsibilities   - Liaison with government authorities for necessary policy following and compliance, work and manage with company internal policies and regulations, thorough and honest audit checks to be conducted as desired by the company, weekly reports to the Reporting Manager                                

6. the 8 most important activities associated with those duties or responsibilities  - Compliance meet, MIS reporting, Report, Whistle blowing for any fraudulent actions, collect feedback from Audit Manager and take necessary actions, keep regular update on financial health and industry standards, examine company accounts regularly, report or any kind of financial risks, liaison with company staff and other departments.
