What type of conflict he/she is dealing with?Explanation / Answer
Refugee has a dilemma: It is right to stay or iit is right to leave – From my opinion it is right to stay, because if a person stays back, then he will have many advantages. The key advantages are such that he will psychologically fit, he will feel better and his mental state will be better. He will have all his property in place and he will not be able to lose a lot due to relocation. He will be more comfortable in his original location as he will find his family and friends and he can live a comfortable life at its original location.
The key value is Respect. He will get better respect in his original place and he will be better placed in his original location than other locations.
Highest right is Justice vs Mercy: This is highest right because justice is the top most right decision and we are legally comfortable with the justice decision. Hence we should not reply on mercy and justice is the preferred approach.
Resolution –Rule Based Thinking – Rule based thinking is the preferred resolution because it provides the structure resolution which is based on rules and it is not based on some one’s perceptions. So rules are better than the perceptions.
