You successfully connect to your company's wireless network but are unable to access the Internet. What might be the problem? 7. After entering your user name and password, the computer still does not connect to the network. What might be the problem? 8. Too Many Networks While attempting to connect to the wireless network at your job, you notice that five different wireless networks are available. How can you determine the network to which you should connect? 9. No Network Connection You have unpacked, installed, and turned on a new computer at your desk. When the operating system starts and you run the browser to display a webpage, you receive an error message stating that you are not connected to the Internet. You check the network card on the back of the computer and although the cable is plugged in, the lights next to the port are not flashing. What are your next steps? 10. Explanation / Answer

answer 6) CANNOT ACCESS INTERNET

This problem may appear due to misconfiguration of DNS . you could configure google's DNS which is 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

configuring DNS from ISP is far better than others because of several CDN caches that they might have.

ANSWER 7) THIS MAY BE THE PROBLEM DUE TO ADAPTER NOT UPDATED OR THE DETAILS TO THE NETWORK STORED IN THE SYSTEM CREATING ERRORS(MOST PROBABLY). YOU CAN REST THE LOG BY RUNNING THE COMMAND IN THE CMD "netsh winsock reset". OR "NETSH INT IP RESET C:RESETLOG.TXT"

answer 8)Generally we want our devices to connect to the faster and secure network given the conditions. These conditions could include signal strength, security, noise and loading on the network. So first always try to pick the secure network i.e. the information sent on this is not visible to others then go for less loading network (which you can’t decide but if you know by any means) strength is also the issue connect to the network to which strength is good even though you can connect to a less strength network if it offers the more internet speed. But the strength should not be less than the threshold. Wifi adapters have the algorithm to decide it all.

9)try updating ( or even installing if the adapter are not installed) the adapters as the laptop is new it does't have log issues or anything .As adapters with the package of operating system are not updated they are required to be updated. still if it does not work check your antivirus might be the configuration setting are not allowing to connect. configure its setting and try again.
