Question
advocate whether closing our borders should be one of the potential measures taken to combat a serious outbreak of a deadly disease. If you argue in favor of this, include, e.g. what measures/steps should be taken prior to closing the borders. Is there a way to gradually enact this? Is there a way to partially close borders, i.e. only international flights from certain countries? All international flights? All international travelers? Etc... Whether you argue for or against it, be sure to include some rights which might be violated, both for citizens and foreign nationals. Give statutory references, including from state or federal law and/or the Constitution either way.
Explanation / Answer
Losing the border would not be an appropriate approach but partially crossing the border as well as implementing strong check while possibility of a disease that could be spread in the country is along the. In this specific situation, strong measures should be taken for medication of this infectious disease and to prevent the disease to spread in a specific country. Many of the societies were also focus for vaccination their vaccine was provided by targeting the possible patients and their possible connections.
We can partially close the border but losing the border completely would definitely lead to a huge loss affecting the overall economy of the specific country while limiting the number of people getting inside the country would be an appropriate option and giving a track of the specific actions would also provide an adequate support to the available policy of operation making it more efficient and effective.
