The application for employment in selection process is very important because of the reasons that it helps the company to classify huge volume of application they receive and short list few of them for further selection round on basis of various criteria they have set. The applications also provide information of person applying to company to company and company can decide accordingly whether particular person is required for designated role. The company gets help in fixing the place, number of HR for interviews or tests, Coordinates with management, and timing and dates for further rounds after shortlisting applications for employment.
