I am a software engineer working in a private firm, These points are what we felt and discussed in the meeting while implementing the virtualization:

As we are moving towards the advancement in information technologies the virtual machines are the another milestone.

As it is a very new technology there will be no skilled worker available in the companies, we have to hire new people train them in this sector and can be impemented.

This will be surely time consuming and not all the people are fast learners.

We have to spent lot of money to bring trained people to make our employees trained.
