  Domain Name System (or Service or Server), which is an
Internet service which translates domain names into the IP addresses.
Because the domain names are alphabetic, they are very easier to remember.
The Internet however, is exactly based on the IP addresses. Every time you tend to use a
domain name,a DNS service must translates the name into
the corresponding IP address. For example, the domain name
www.example.com might translate to 198.105.232.4.

what is DNS footprinting?

The resolve.py script takes a domain name and provides the
SOA record, MX records, and NS records. It then attempts the zone transfer from each of the name servers and
then to brute forces DNS names
by using the provided word list. Next, it does a which is to lookup to find Network blocks
