1. People using broadband is are benefited as the speed becomes 100 times faster than any of the dial up connection. this won't affect the phone line, there is no need of a dial up connection.

People who won't have a smart phone or a broadband will loose out as they will be isolated from the world of internet and an easy source to the world of information.
