Three popular word-processing application software are Open Office, Googledocs and Microsoft Word. The objective of this assignment is to expose you to various word processing software tools to compare their features and functionality, hence exploring how these applications can be used to assist with everyday personal or business functions, where applicable.

For comparison, you are to utilize the more popular features offered in each of these applications, by creating a basic document in each of the three (3) applications listed above, on a specific topic of interest.

It is recommended that the document contain at least one paragraph.         

It is recommended that you attempt to use as many of the formatting features within the applications as possible, such as manipulating Fonts and Paragraphs, Header and Footer tools, as well as Page Layout features to include changing margins, orientation and paper size.

The three popular word processing application software are Open Office,Googledocs,Microsoft Office.The main difference lies is in the term of features which MS office is providing in huge and for that Open Office and Googledocs are not even close.Though these Googledocs or Open Office will provide you with ample features to close your work but not like Ms office.Google docs is of online version is it requires connection.Other majir differ is that a doc which created in MS office with complex forlulas,indentation,other adjustment may not give the exact view in other Googledocs or Open Ofice and this could hamper the work.Ms office provides more secuirty features compared to other.But all other common editing,indenting features are same with respect to MS Office.
