Explanation / Answer

1) Globalization :-

The phase when an organisation becomes international, goes through many development in the workplace which can affect overall organization and it's performance.

i) With globalization, comes diversified cultures in an organisation. Due to this management needs to change their policies and guidelines for a systematic workplace. This cultural diversity may bring many benefits for the organization such as employees may be able to get to know about various cultures and their traditions.

ii) Employees from various cultures needs training so that they can match with the organization's culture.

iii) Due to international diversification, an organisation may has many substitute products from the rivals which results in lower in the demand of some products, results in effect on the manufacturing process. Thus due to this reason employees may loose their job.

2) Every manager needs to have some qualities and skills to become successful.

a) The manager must be able to deal with the risks and uncertainties in an organisation. As it becomes international, there would be many sudden risks that will come across while doing business.

b) A manager must have an ability to understand the various cultures and their values so that employees don't get hurt by any religious and cultural sentiments.

c) It is very important for a manager to be able to plan, organize and control the goals and objectives of an organisation.

As of my opinion, I think an international manager must be a quality to properly understand the cultures and traditions of each employees so that they won't get hurt by any sentiments.

BRICS :-

The countries such as Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa forms the BRICS union. As these countries are expected to develop their economy faster than the already developed countries so overall these countries plays a big role to develop the world's economy. It can help to reduce the influence of United Nation and WTO. Also it can form new global trade. All the countries involves in BRICS summit has global voice to which whole world may listen to.
