I am John Luiz. I would like to submit my application for the position of VP of Headquarter Operations. I currently working for your company as the supervisor of the production & purchase department. I have had the pleasure of working under Mr.Jacob’s leadership for the past five years. He is a strong believer in my talent to develops creative and rational solutions, by adapting to the work situations and supporting the staff. I am excited about the prospect of working along you to foster the growth of the organization. I truly believe with my rational behaviour i can provide creative and ethical solution I would be able to solve the problems existing between the company’s various department and to unify them and to integrate them into a single coordinated system to efficiently achieve our common goal.

The communication test is an indicator of my skills to communicate with the higher and lower level staff.i gained a score of 88% which indicates my ability to communicate effectively in a sensitive and rational manner.

The CQ and EQ test scored me high, which is a true indicator of what I am and how I can manage situations which I was not brought up in. I can adapt to situations faster and rationally and showcase the qualities of a born leader.

The ethics test is also a true indication of the ethics I follow. The test has ranked me high And scored me 96%.
