A)First, it is very important to develop vision and mission statement of the hospital . Then it is required to analyse the demand of treatments. After analysing the demand, it is important to designing the strategic plan . This plan includes planning the manpower, facilities at hospital, teams that are required to handle different processes such as finance , house keeping, administration, team of doctors 3rd.

The organisation structure of the hospital is defined to have a better control on all the activities. Objectives are need to be set for each team in the hospital to avoid any negligence. Doctors and receptionists are given set of targets to handle number of patients  

2) Training and development activities are needed to be implemented in order to align all the staff members with respect to defined goals or objectives . HR team must come up with strategies to bring all the staff members together and work with unity. There should not be any negligence or carelessness. All the staff members should be sentive enough to handle patients politely. They should know how to properly respect and treat patients. They should not loose their patience or temper when there a are lot of patients .

They should be aligned with time that is defined as per the objective given to them . So HR training and development process help them to build the strong system which is followed by everyone.

HR team must come up activities such as

1) Training or class room training for Doctors, nurses , receptionists etc.

2) HR team must conduct certain tests and those who have cleared the tests must be rewarded.

3) HR team must motivate team members to perform and grow in their career.

4) Sense of unity has to be created among hospital staff.

5) Other motivational activities must be figured out by understanding the behaviour of staff members.

C) Training and development activities increases the motivation of staff. Staff members or doctors can able to handle more and more patients. Optimization of manpower is possible with proper training and development activities. Cost of handling patients will be optimized.

Cost of doctors , system , staff etc can be analysed . The optimization of work force and system is done to reduce cost. More inflow of money increases return on investment done for the hospital. So there will be rise in benefit for the hospital .

4) There should be proper software system where the attendance is recorded, which can identify the number of patients that a doctor has handled, number of treatments done or lab tests done by a doctor. The software must be able to identify the patients entered in hospital and they were treated within specfic defined time. It should properly figure out the takt time and compare whether the staff is less or more as per the demand. It should give the insights for the performance of hospital with respect to handling patients and it should provide data that how much aligned the processes are with respect to the set objectives or targets .
