The Vision statement is where the path is set to achieve on the goal of the organization, where a plan is made towards the future.
Five years down the lane the company needs to increase its revenue by 60 percentage, so that will be introducing on high end technology and innovation to differentiate the product and services to increase the sales.
I exhibit the traits of a situational leader, where I would act and take decision according to the situation arises, so that I can achieve on the vision of the company which has been decided.
