3.3 . Internet has now become the integral things from the viewpoint of organization and society and it is now emerged as a technology which is creating effectiveness for these aspects from different angles. there is a considerable difference found among internet and the interaction of both of these aspects is not easy. as there are surtain countries and environment and cultures wherein the utilization of internet is not easy because of the backward thinking of the people living in this region. the thing that affect the most to the people is culture not the internet. if the culture and tradition of the country is effective and clear then the utilization of the same is also effective which will effect over the position of the people. -for ex- african and american people utilizes internet are totally different.
3.5. The religion in islam can have an effect in cross cultural relations and business operations. muslim belive that there is only one god called allah and the prophet mohammad was his final messanger. business can be affected by the sharia law against resciving and paying interest. the religious belief of islam impact the workplace as well , respect of islam requires that company operating in a muslim countries allow time and space for employees to pray five times a day. Also our of respect of ramdaan , there is a month where muslim must fast from dawn til dusk. manager must expect and plan for productivity to go down in the event that contractual obligations are scheduled. other countries and companies that are not familiar with this fast might get frustated by the lack of scheduling and contract attributable to the perspective that things will happen in good time as allah wills. despite all the islamic belief their work ethics is commitment toward the fulfilment and the individual obligations to society. and there is considerable respect for worker and business motives.
