You also realize that the call center director will be retiring right after the completion of the new call center and that the CIO is hinting you are on the list as a possible replacement (a big promotion for you). You know the CIO likes to see analyses using CobiT, so you decide in your report to a) recommend a solid workspace design based on sound human factors and ergonomics and b) show how it fits into managing IT risks through CobiT.
