I need assistance to find a system architecture tool that I can use to create excellent looking system architecture diagrams, professional system disgram sketches, and system architecture/database 3D diagrams.

I want a tool to produce highend quality system diagrams for my final doc.

What about autoCAD? Is there a tool that will allow me to create in Visio and import into tool for high level, detailed system architecture/database diagrams? Conceptual diagrams
