Their are many problems that they have to face like many times the traffic of the website goes too low that is the biggest problem for any good ranked search engine and website and this website also suffers because of the scammers what they do that posts the job on the website and if anyone applies for an job then they ask for the online resitration fee and the scam and delete their job posts and all.
The problems can improved by making the website more safe like if anyone posts a job the they have to give the full company and job verification to company if they not then they cant post the ad of their jobs.Means the company verification the ad posters full id verification and no registration fee for any job.
