The salary data is in the first tab and you need to provide your answer on the first two questions in the second tab "answer sheet": Using VLookup function to find 2017 salary for 5 players. I use random number generator to generate 5 random IDs. Your answer should be based on the 5 random IDs. Note that the 5 IDs may be different every time you open the workbook. Find the 10^th highest paid player in 2017 using one or more of these functions: Large, Max, Index, Match and VLookup. Check your answer in 2 by sorting all the players in the descending order of their 2017 salaries. Find the top 10 players and save their information in the third tab. (You need to insert a new tab and name it "top 10") Find the 20th lowest paid player in 2017 using one or more of these functions: Small, Min, Index, Match and VLookup. Check your answer in 4 by sorting all the players in the ascending order of their 2017 salaries. Find the bottom 20 players and save their information in the fourth tab. (You need to insert a new tab and name it "bottom 20") Find all players whose salaries are between 1 and 1.2 million in 2017, and save their information in the fifth tab. (You need to insert a new tab and name it "ltol.2m") Your submission file for exercise 2 should contain 5 tabs. Please keep all formulas in the cells. DO NOT submit values only.

Assuming the end result of our example exercise is to actually calculate the commission $ amount, we could make this formula even better by doing this in one step in column F. Let’s say commission is calculated as Total $k x Commission %, our formula in cell F2 would read:
