I am trying to figure out how would I say in writing for the Sales Project Reports about Mr. Karsanbhai, Patel to expanding about his business such as (opening thoughts and interest about the subject), then include a section that lets you lay out the facts, and write a section that presents well-rounded ideas on the points by explaining what they mean, synthesizing them to the best of your ability. Opening thoughts can be put as assumptions, write a little brief about the current situation of Karsanbhai's business. For Example, Karsanbhai is the owner of a Garment Manufacturing Factory in India since 1990, earlier they used to get contracts from the local companies, but eventually they started tapping export orders, specially from a USA based organisation. Now as the organisation is getting a good response they are planning to expand and Karsanbhai being their main supplier, they are asking them to expand as the orders now will increase 4 folds. They are as willing to give their support to Karsonbhai, and thus are asking for a detailed plan of expansion and sales, so that the can come to conclusions and best possible ways of expansion.

Firstly this is a great opportunity for Karsonbhai Bhai so he is willing to grab the opportunity and now planning to expand.
