This will provide clear picture about the purpose of interview and hence the chances of getting an interview increases. It will also help in describing how the updated system after the analysis would help the department and how it will work to gain overall efficiency of employees in the department. Some of the interview questions can be mailed along so that accountant can have clear view of the interviewer’s requirements. Alternately, call over the phone and inform him of the objectives of the interview and give him a general idea of what to expect during an interview. Then, arrange a time to meet for an interview at his own convenient. Reconfirm place and time of the interview on the day before the interview.
