I write to share the problem I am facing with my official laptop. I have an old laptop and no longer meet my day-to-day needs. Although, my computer performs well while doing word processing, working with spreadsheets and presentation applications, I find it very hard to work with it while I am on the move.

Once charged, its battery life is only for 2.5 hours. Sometimes, my presentations and meetings go beyond that time and I have to look for charging ports. It is still fine if I am meeting a client in their office, but turns an embarrassing situation if we are meeting somewhere outside and I have to look for a charging port. It has only one USB port. In this port, either I can put pen drives or extra hard drive ports or I can take print outs. It also supports only one Ethernet port. So, I can use only one LAN cable and if the internet is dissuading, I have to disconnect and connect with another cable. This creates embarrassing situations when I am in middle of meeting or presentation. It also does not support any wireless internet connection and uses 56k modem instead.

Therefore, I request you to provide me with a new notebook laptop. I am looking for a notebook with 12.5 inches of screen for better portability with weight between 1 kg to 1.5 kg. It should have a good and powerful processor like Intel i7 or Intel Core. I would like to have bigger RAM capacity of 6 GB to 8 GB and a hard disk capacity of 256 GB which can be expanded up to 1 TB. I am also looking for at least 3 USB ports, latest being type C ports which can be used for multiple purposes like charging, higher data transfer speeds and outside displays. Also, I am looking for at least 2 Ethernet ports and should have the facility of wireless internet connection. Above all, I am looking for a battery backup of at least 10 hours at a stretch. I will also look forward to latest word processors, spreadsheets and presentation applications along with other latest applications required by me for my work.
