There are two relationship between Employee and Project:

1. Many to Many Relationship : Eacn table column can have multiple entries in other table and vice versa. Here,a single projcet can have multiple entries of employees as n number of employees can participate in one project. One employee can work in multiple projects as well.This relationship can be termed as "Participate" as per the reference in question.

2.One to One Relationship : Each table column can have only one entry in other table and vice versa. Here, we assume each projcet manage by one employee and one employee manage only one project. We can call it "Manage" relationship as per the reference in the question.
