Imagine working on a tight budget that would allow only for limited testing. What multiple strategies would you employ to help you test as much as possible? How would these strategies provide you advantages in gathering more data?

Documentation is essential, but is often overlooked. In many companies, documentation is created by development teams, which may lead to very technical texts that are not useful to the average reader. How would you pick the team that will work on creating documentation?

The process of creating a business application from a research project is often difficult. What problems do you envision? What are some of the challenges that can probably be easily overcome? Which ones are the greatest? How can you ensure that the company's research will produce value for the company, even though, typically, research is considered a shot in the dark?

Following are some most important question mentioned ans asked in actual question
1. While working on tight budget project, What are the strategies that project manager can use so that team can test the application within limited time frame or budget ?

if the project deadline is very close and testing to be done within limited time frame then following are some key points that every manager should follow or follows
1. First write down the acceptance test cases and execute it. Acceptance test cases means test cases which are more important for that application or
end user cannot give sign off without those functionalties.
2. Avoid the execution of negative test cases and always try to run the basic functinality or a complete Happy path or postive test cases.
here negative test cases means if let suppose we have user ragistrion form in our application and we need to test that the user should be able to ragsiter himeself/herself succesfuly by providing information on that form.
so in that case we should always provide the valid input to form instead of testing the feature with special characters or entering too much lengthy input string.
testing with wrong input in limited time frame waste the tester's time.
3. once the acceptance test cases finiliazed or executed then always try to find out the defect-prone areas.
Defect pron area means application part where most of the test cases got failed. By doing this, we can easliy understand the behaviour of application.

Here again the same approach will be applicable which we took in above question. Testing team has to prioritiz test cases against deadlines which means first find out the
accepatacne test cases which will always take the higher priority. once acceptance test cases executed then we should pick the system or integration test cases
which says that how application will behave when it will communicate to other applications or modules. There may be the case where one application communicates with other or provide inputs for other.
so once testing team finalized the test cases as given above than documentation team should pick those test cases and can start documenting.
there should always be a documentation team in oraganization which always have good knowledge of working with client and their polciies and
their documnetation process so that time can saved at every moment.
for documentation team, it would always be easy to understand the plan simple text form requirments written in test cases instead of making understadning on technical documents written by developer.

Again documenting will play very crucial role to define the process of creating business application.
Process is nothing but defining searies of tesk and execting those task in the same order.By doing this , at the begining of the execution, most of the challenges could be resolved.
There are so many planning tools avaiable in market that helps oraganization to understand the chnallanges to create the business application.
In the reserach project, team should always be prepaired for review the things in growing manner. time to time review is the best practice for any organization so that user of higher management can review the progress of every task
beacuse doing this, management can easily findout the problems with reaserach work at very ealry state.
Thease all are associated with high risk projects where reaserach has to be done and project deadline are very tight and user expectation are very high.
