Determine whether you believe IM improves or hinders employee productivity. Support your rationale with an explanation.

"Results-Only Work Environment (ROWE)", co-created by Jody Thompson and Cali Ressler, is a management startegy in which the employees are evaluated and paid on the basis of their performance and results and rather than the number of hours worked.

Your productivity in a ROWE environment totally depends on yourself. A more productive employee in ROWE environment is going to have the following traits.

On the other hand, some employees are not going to work hard for their professional and personal development. Employees working away from office will certainly have reduced communication with their colleagues.

In my opinion, ROWE environment is certainly going to be productive for you if you want to grow personally. This is beacuse it gives you an opportunity to showcase your skills and expertise in front of seniors and others. They not only recognize you work but reward you too if they find your work satisfactory. Since, in a ROWE environement, you are assigned a task, you will go to any extent to get the work expediently. This will certainly bring you out of your zone and you will work hard for it.
