Resume makes the first and last impression on a recruiter, if a person makes grammatical mistakes in his/her resume it depicts that the person is not serious in getting the job or is too lazy to correct it or is grammatically poor. He had made the correct choice by making this strict criteria as there are lots of people waiting to get the job and a shabby resume can be easily rejected and a new serious resume writers can be selected based on the time and seriousness the person has given into the resume.
