The corporation also cannot bear a liability and have its processes affected. So, it is necessary that a suitable replacement is to be found. The company can either assign the works to another employee who can take up the role and place the injured security in a more passive job role in the same company.

The cost burden for the company may be eased by terminating her. The company may only have to pay her a separation pay. The company may be able to find a suitable candidate for a lower pay. The other costs in respect may include recruiting, training expenses.

This model emphasizes on accommodating her in a job role suitable in the Corporation apt for her current condition. since this approach emphasizes respecting human rights, the corporation should be able to retain her and accommodate her in a suitable role. The corporation should provide her with a suitable medical aid in order to ease her during this situation. The corporation should design various options and maximize their dignity. The Secretary wishes to stay with the company and it would be hard for her to find a job in another company. The secretary had been loyal for the past 15 years to the corporation and hence has her service to the company cannot be forgotten. This approach does not look into the cost the company may have to bear but provides greater importance to the right and wellbeing of the secretary. . The company can formulate different methods to accommodate the secretary. The company will have to take care of her Medical requirement during the revival stage. The company may employ an assistant for the secretary to aid her in physically intensive jobs. It would not be right for the company to terminate her at this moment of distress. She will not be able to find a suitable job at the moment and she will be put into a greater financial trouble if she is not retained in the company. The company has had her valuable services for the past 5 years and it is not just to forget the service considering the cost factor.
My opinion would be with respect to the Rights Model Approach. The secretary's long service cannot be forgotten by the fact that the cost burden would be high for the corporation. It should be kept in mind that the accident was not purposeful or deliberate. In this scenario, it would be difficult for her to find a new job. It would be impossible for her to find a new job. This would put her in a greater distress both financially and mentally. Retaining her in the company would mean improving the morale of the entire workforce of the company. The employee's attitude towards the company may take a positive turn. This may also mean that the employees will stand by the corporation during its distress also
