Explanation / Answer

Hello,

Copying a file or folder means we are trying to replicate that file or folder i.e. we are creating the same version of file and folder with the same data but with different name if we are are going to maintain that copied file or folder in same location otherwise we can save the copied one with same name also.

Moving a file/folder means we are changing the present location of that file or folder. I.e. If we have file in C drive we wanted to be that file in D drive only. Then we just move that file from C drive to D drive. After that the file will have no connection to C drive.

There are multiple techniques to copy or move file .Below are the techniques

To Copy/Move go to the selected drive you want then simply click the file or folder you want then go to Home on toolbar there you will get options Move to or Copy to options then by selecting target destination then the operation will be done accroding to your folder/file size.

Another method to copy is open the source drive containing the file/folder you want to copy then also open the destination drive you want to place the copied files/ folders side by side then simply drag the file/folder you want to copy from source to destination drive.

Another approach to copy/move file or folder is go to the source drive then select the file/folder you wanted to copy/move then click Ctrl+c to copy or Ctrl + x to move then open the destination drive where you wanted to place these then simply click Ctrl + v then the files will be copied/moved to destination drive.
