and security versus the right of law
enforcement to be able to access all encrypted
material. A prime example is the court case
between Apple Computers and the US
Department of Justice (DOJ) in which Apple
has appealed a court order that would force it
to build a way around the encryption on a

How the case went to the court:
By basing above two points - the case went to the court. So, here the apple has appealed a court order that would force it to build a way arounf the encryption on a suspect.

By above explanation that seems that apple and other companies feel that governent does not have the right to access the data with out the permission of the users. We are also not ready to help to unlock the user data without users permission we can help the government through our invistigations form our side.
C. Answer:
I agree with the APPLE because the security should be more strong in now a days hacking is more common thing for the hackers. Every companies spending more amount of money to buid their security system but at some point of how the information is getting hacked. If the DOJ has said that build encrption data to access that victim key if apple built that master key to open that data then all other users iphones data are also seems to be problem in furture. DOJ has simple uses this technology to open all the victium phones and they do not know how to maintin that type of secuity to that master key.
