As they are in some troube due to problem of account payable (A/P), which is nothing but a fixed priced project having waterfall model with old versioned software package system ,named Dunnock. But observing all these A/P problems over two years they decided to outsource to a third party IT solution based company called Hrad Technika.
Now, the outsourcing offered so many beneficial features with profit since the Tegan’s outsourcing vendor called Hrad Technica had been taken over a significant mark in IT based solution required for Tegan.
The Tegan has fixed a cost agreement with Hrad as there does not arise any situation that Tegan may reinvest to Hrad to project development.
The outsourcing concept has assisted Tegan from avoiding this unwanted trouble of reinvesting for the technical growth.
The outsourcing process would make a profit of the firms to reduce the costs approximately to 40% by the supportive role from Hrad in information systems
The Tegan & Hrad have made an agreement based on the below features, which are as follows.
