A ) Yes , because the home page of the website of full of text which talk about food and importance of good food and health and conversation , etc.

B ) Yes , from the outer look of it , they have highlighted thinks as like cakes for birthdays , etc . which can be directly bougth.

C ) No , because there is sorting or filtering feature in the search option , to find my favourite cake , i have to go through all cakes that i don't want to buy.

D) Yes , i found it quite difficult to follow any and all products that i saw because the search didn't point to the right place where i wanted to go . More over i wanted to order food and there were a lot of messy nevigations that i neithER UNDERSTAND nor cared about.

E ) I did find that in the product delivery section , there is no mentioning of how long will it take to reach me.

F ) Yes ,i found the services helpfull.

G ) There is no such option for talking back , the only thing they have is a service support.

I will feel comfortable paying money as there are things that make me think that the website is genuine.

Imporvents can be done simpifiying the search box for filters and sorts and imporving the navigation area as food first strategy and make odering as fast as possible.
