By responding to the need to have more worker-friendly environment and Gap responding to their needs, the company has been able to establish a reputation in the society for being a socially responsible firm as well. This, in turn, has boosted the overall brand image for Gap. Thus, customers are also happy looking at the Gap's decisions.
