Explanation / Answer

In my opinion Tads expansion plans would be the best for multiple reasons. First off being the cash flow for his investing activities were hardly covered by his financing cash flow and operating cash flow, because of this he will need a lot of outside funds to finance and operate this expansion. Because of all of the issues at hand I don’t really think an investment would be worth it. An investor would usually need more information about how the capital spending would be necessary, also how much the OCFs would get from this investments. I don’t think this would be a good idea.
