1.     Briefly describe in a paragraph why leadership values would be important to your career as a healthcare professional. Explain how your values shape your ethics.

2.     Identify and define the 5-10 values you selected and compare them to your personal values. Explain why each value is important to you in a few sentences.

3.     Explain why your leadership values could impact the standards of care for individuals, families and communities. Illustrate with a hypothetical example (or it can be a real example from the workplace that you have demonstrated).

4.     Examine why ethics and integrity would be important for a health care administrator. Use one library source to support an idea. Be sure to reference the source at end of your work and have an in-text cite in body where applied.

Explanation / Answer

1- Values are essential for each and every segment of operation not just being focused on Healthcare professional. As availability of leadership criteria would enable me to lead my department in a positive way as well as showing the qualities of transactional leadership would enable me to understand the requirement of the organisation in a positive way which would definitely increase my overall efficiency as well as productivity in the organisational culture. This type of approach would also provide a positive understanding of the workplace culture and align employee compatible with my leadership style benefiting the organisation as well as the standards of operation in organisational structure . Humidity and compliance would be the most appropriate value that I would require to be a Healthcare professional and leader. This type of approach would help me to comply with the standards of operation as well as to generate better ideas for maintenance of the culture as well as influencing the followers in the Healthcare setting.

Understanding different personalities in the organisation as well as creating the traits according to this specific personality is would be the most appropriate way of implementing my influential leadership structure.

Song of the main factors inspired from the Big Five model are as follows.

1. Extraversion

2. Agreeableness

3. Conscientiousness

4. Neuroticism  

• Extraversion

Define total excitement as well as talkative there and Sociability of a specific person inside an organisation. Basically people who possess higher extraversion are directly more reserved and have excess energy to spend in the local social setting. Which type of people are basically believe in enjoying the opportunity to be center of attraction. This specific factor also determined that the person would be having a quality to start the conversation and enjoying meeting new people while having an extremely wide social circle. Person who possesses this quality feel high on energy and mostly say the things before thinking about the consequences.  

I have qualities of Extraversion as I also follow similar Lifestyle where I usually go out and meet people and prepared local settings and then to be center of attraction.

• Agreeableness

A person can be defined as a quality to have kindness, trust and affection. People who are high on the agreeableness are more cooperative but the people who possess low agreeableness are more competitive as well as they find their own manipulations. Hi agreeableness people show large interest in other people and also provides care to others. They feel empathy as well as they are mostly concerned for others.  

I also causes this is specific criteria where availability of humility, kindness interest is going to my main motive of creating an impact on the overall specific way of reacting to the society.

• Conscientiousness

This type of people possess hi thinking capabilities as well as a streamline goal-directed vision. Their high conscientiousness make them more organised as compared to other people. The kind of people mostly spend their time in preparing for the task and they finish the task on the timeline or or under the deadline. They are very intend to be looking into the details as well as having a fine tune schedule  

I would rather keep myself on medium thinking capabilities platform where all of my ideas are not streamline. I easily lose focus which is a thing I am working on to improve. Looking for a fine tune is also one of my major Expectations that I am trying to achieve.

• Neuroticism

This specific quality can be defined by an emotional touch in humans personality. A neuroticism person can be characterized as sadness or emotionally unstable. This type of person experience a lot of stress and also they have to be worried about so many things. Dishoom fragile nature and get upset very frequently.  

Emotionally I am very stable and have great availability of emotional stability where many of the major event does not affect me and does not affect my efficiency for working.

• Openness

Open a person can be defined by equality in which a person have a very creative vision as well as always trying to learn new things. People who Possess this specific factor are very adventurous as well as creative and they are always focus on taking the new challenges and happy to think about the new and untaken concepts.  

By specifically learning about qualities of employees in the organisation and developing qualities to mitigate these kind of problems would be the most appropriate way of implementing a change in the organisation structure by benefiting the organisation in a positive way as well as to create better approach in leadership for influencing the followers

3- My leadership value directly affect the quality of patient as well as aligns with the specific standard of operation with telling and directing the employees to take care of the specific page and. This type of approach would not only maintain better standard in Operation as well as it also provide adequate support to maintenance of culture in the organisation creating a better impact on availability of influence on the followers and the following employees.

4- Ethics and integrity play a very important role in Healthcare settings as most of the patients want to go in the facilities with high article standards as they want to be filled compassionate while they are being treated. Hi cultural and educational rights of the organisation directly provide adequate support to the overall understanding of cultural maintenance

For an example
