When a company approaches the global market the first thing that came to their mind is marketing strategy as to grow a business you need a market. When Corporate Company approach to global market they have to first analyze the culture of that country, they have to first know the demand of their product and their competitors who are already there, whether there is Individualism or collectivism, whom to approach male consumer or female consumer as per demand.

            Globalization affects this idea in various manners as the culture is totally different, here they work as individualism and they have to work with a local company. A Political party always sees their profit in a business and if it is MNC then they are eager to increase their country revenues to increase their economic and McKesson Corporate Company have to deal with it without taking a risk in their profit.

            McKesson Corporate Company has to analyze the legal and illegal actions which are going on in that country, as this company supply drugs and some drugs can be illegal in some countries so it may create a threat to company reputation of supplying an illegal drug and that leads them to a criminal act.
