What are the two most important kinds of criteria that analysts should consider when they specify physical output requirements? Why are they important?

I know the important criteria are type and purpose of the output and the operational,technical, and economic feasibility.

I am a bit confused on what makes these criteria so important and would like an explanation that allows me to see a different perspecitve. TIA

The two most important kinds of criteria that analysts should consider when they specify physical
output requirements are
- what type of output it is
- what the purpose of the output?

These are most important kind in analysing the data in all asepcts. So in any kind of data of a company
or business we need know the type and output of it. In order to analyse the data or a report we need to know
the data type and output of it.

So if we know the data type and output we can easily analyse it and interpret the aspects and how they
can be used by users.By analysis also we can identify the data and which formet users are asking the report.

By using the analysed report user can have the feasibility to discuss the business data and he can used it
for implementing.

Similarly we have to know the purpose of the output.
we have the data and output but what is the purpose of the data, We need a report analysis by using it we
need to identify the purpose of the report and what will be the purpose for users to do because it has a
major impact on the feasibility studies.

Suppose we take a automobile industries in which we have no of data for sales and finanicals. So for analysis
we need the reports of business like type and output. What kind of data should be saved and analysed.
What will be the purpouse of that data and how the user will be analysing the data of the company.

These kind of questions will be rasing in out minds in all aspects of the business. So if we have report the data
in a such way that we can identify the data and which formet users are asking the report.

And also the users will have the major impact on the feasibility studies on company and business data reports.
