When we work in a group or a team it is of utmost importance that we make ourselves clear and understand others as to make others understand and keep in mind to build some relationship with other memebers. The one rule i follow when i am working in a group is to appreciate and thank each and every member of the group and give honest feedbacks,this helps others to consider me as a friend and a good person and will hear me out when making decisions and suggestions and take them seriously.
