21. It is a false comparison.

The reason behind this is that the person in the statement is identifying board games and the video games to a different extent but they are not. They are more alike than what the person think. Video games can also consists of the board games and different games the playing styles, rules remains the same only the playing style changes where the playing of games are done in some device.
