The jobs you select should not be Information Technology jobs.

The descriptions of jobs are:
The first job is for the role of financial accounting manager for an organization called M/S Grand Mart Group of Companies in UAE. The information systems knowledge required for this job is a working knowledge of NAVISON accounting software. The job also requires expertise in MS-Excel (advanced functions included), MS Word and MS Power Point.
The second job role that I have examined is the role of manager for sales and marketing for an organization called Franklin Covey. The organization is in the business of performance improvement and is looking to hire individuals to develop new sales lead and bring new clients for the organization. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of MIS (management information system). The knowledge of MIS is required to support marketing decision making within the organization. Besides this proficiency is required in MS-excel, PowerPoint and word.
In order to prepare for these jobs I would have to become proficient with all the MS-Office applications like Excel, Power Point, and Word. Ms-Excel helps in efficient analysis of reams of data and has various advanced functions like ‘solver’, ‘what if analysis’ etc. I would have to develop a working knowledge of all the advanced functions.
Besides developing knowledge of MS-Office applications, I would have to develop a strong understanding of MIS and the application of any relevant software being used in my field. As a finance manager I would be required to generate and analyze different types of reports. These reports would analyze financial data and would be used to make prudent financial management decisions. Most of the knowledge will be gained through available online courses and I can educate myself using the modules available online.
