Exclusive OR :

                If both the bits are same then the resultant bit is 0

                If both the bits are different then the resultant bit is 1

Now, if we perform Exclusive OR with a bit pattern and it self, then the resultant bit pattern is all zero’s.

Because, we performing Exclusive OR with two same bits, if both the bits are same then resultant will be 0. Therefore the correct option is “a”.

Ex:

                                EOR
