Subject: Potential Server Performance Degradation
Mr. Campos,
I’ve attached the Baseline & Current Performance Monitor report to this email, but I also wanted to quickly discuss the potential degradations I’ve noticed in our servers and running vritual machines over the past few months.

The baseline performance report send by our instructor is unlikely matched with the report I have found.

Basically, the monitoring was done on 5 objects like: Processor Time, Disk Bytes, Bytes Total, Commited Bytes in use, where we have found that are as follows:

* Processor Time differed by 10times the value I found that is bad for our systems.
* Disk Bytes/sec is reduced by 10times the value I found which is also bad for our systems.
* Bytes Total/sec is also degraded heavily by 10000000times which is very critical concern.
* Commited Bytes in useage is same in both which is fine for systems.

Unfortunately, as there are various mismatches of reports captured over the same time peroid indicates that there are some massive degradations has happened in our systems. So as per my opinion systems specifications need to be increased atleast by 5times minimum and 8times on average for Processor, Disk. For network there must be strict monitoring required as why there is so loss of data by which we can expect to be more faster.Even if we get a report from the network provider for this will be more beneficial as per me. Even their recomendations for effective uses ned to be implemented as soon as possible.

I have also listed some suggestions in my report, but I would also like to add it to the agenda for our next review only if you thinks the same are effiective.
