Take a look at the configuration settings for your version of IE. Write down some of the ways that IE can be secured. We can secure our internet explorere by maintaining and changinge security settings. That means we can customize Internet Explorer to protect PC from harmful web content.Typically Internet Explorer assigns all websites in some security and these zones are in default security levels. Base on that security level,some content is blocked until we allow it. For example ActiveX controls might not.

We can customize security zone setting in the following way:

1)Initially Open Internet Explorer and then select the Tools button , and after that select Internet options.In Security tab we can customize security zone settings.We have to select the zone icon, adjust security level that you want.
For creating own settings select the zone icon, and then choose the settings that we want.
By selecting Reset all zones to default level button, we can restore all settings.
