Specifically, should a database of people paroled or released for crimes be made public? Why or why not? What about those who have committed other types of crimes? no the criminal database should not be shared but in united states any body could walk to the court office and ask the clerk to ask for the record of a paticular person .their will be verification when this types of questions are asked in the court offices .when the judges gives the seal this will not be enclosed to any person who asked that information.

FBI and state criminal records offices keep the database in a locked manner this should not be publicly able to the users because misusage of database only the higher offcials should be able access in different regions different records will be recorded because of different rules in other countries.

the records will be prioritize and should be keep offences like over speeding and street fights records can be kept at the local station itself if the crime is high like murder and theft these records are not given publicly and will be kept by the FIB center for further investigation
