UML is beneficial to an information system implementation project because UML provides a prototype to approach to see the structure of the product before the original application is built.In other word by making a prototype it helps to save time and money in the future scenario.

UML be used to assist in the requirements gathering process this is because it will help to build the abstract model of the project.The required specification what Use Cases the system will have and also other specification of the system will become a business logic in Use Case.Using of use case will help the stake holders of the project to understandit very easily.Hence it can eliminate the unneccessary requirement in the project.

Business strategy should drive the IS strategy.In other word business strategy and It strategy should be alligned together.It will helps the leaders to review the IS strategy and also keep an watch how the technology is helping in the growth of the company.In the case when the leaders find that this two are not alligned and it is thei main problem.Then this can be beneficial for other third party so the leader can lead the way in this tough situation and make the allignment again with the IS and business strategy.When this two team wok together then the technology will help the organisatiion toreach their business goals and as a result it will lead them to better investment and have a more efficient teams.
