Most loyal employees want to comply with the security policies their organizations define, yet they may feel forced to violate those policies to satisfy their work requirements. Describe a scenario where an employee might compromise a security policy in order to perform a particular job function. Examples of common security policies that may not always be possible to comply with include sharing passwords with coworkers, leaving a computer logged in while the employee is away from the desk, connecting computers to the company network without the latest antivirus software, and providing system access information over the phone or through email without proof of identity by the requester. In responding to classmates, suggest alternate behaviors the employee could have considered.

If you fallow some security policies depends on the organization. Suppose take a one software organization which contains different policies. Mainly sharing passwords and do not carry electronic gadgets like mobile phones and pen drives. Why companies are fallowing those policies because of the data security and there product is virus free.

   Sometimes they feel forced to violate those policies to satisfy their work requirements

1 Scenario: If you want to perform some typical operations you must need a internet help but some companies strictly prohibited to internet connection at that time we feel to violet those policies.

2 Scenario: Some companies strictly prohibited to use mobile phones but you want to communicate with your family members at that time we feel to violet those policies.

3 Scenario: According to the company policies never share passwords and other information to your co-workers. But if we want to perform some operations those are not solved by us we must take help of the co-worker at that time we feel to violet those policies

4 Scenario: If you want to drink cup of coffee, drink a water and ask some doubt to our lead. Every time we must leave our cabin it will take few minutes of time to come back but every time we need to logoff our system and again open the system is take some time at that time we feel to violate those policies.

5 Scenario: In some companies are not giving permissions to connect your personal computer into company networks. But you want to send your task into your lead . Every time the system is not fully protected with the licensed software at that time we feel to violate those policies.

6 Scenario: Every company will provide there own e-mail id’s. But they are fallow some rules and regulations like it contains little amount of memory area but what ever you want to send that file more than that capacity you feel to send those into our own mails but those are not used in that organizations so we feel to violate those policies.
