Mostly people are less observant because they are very much consumed in themselves like deeply dived into their feelings and thoughts. In fact while speaking, they are enjoying the sound of their voices and forget their listeners. On the other hand, keen observant people know how to handle these situations and know what is happening in their surroundings. Therefore, keen observant is very important for making accurate and proper judgments.
