Although all five centers are using the same MRP application, at the current time they have no means of exchanging information about inventory levels. Audits have indicated that the company is losing over a million dollars a year ordering parts from vendors that they could have more cheaply exchanged between sites, so it wants to implement an application that will allow the timely and efficient exchange of inventory between plants.

C) COBOL IMS system based on hierarchical method where everything are segmented

these segmented file must have something more segments so maintaining of the system should be updated when possible Child segments are added within another segment information which should be accurate so that only we can make a claim

D) the MRP should be designed with a new module of hierarchical access of system where only top higher authority people who can make purchase for the system can have access because if need they can buy parts from the company not getting anyone's appoval
