Firstly we identify the Affected Area. many users are often connectivity issues that restricted access.   

we have to find the affected area of the network we can check it by establishing what has changed in the network. the users can help in it he can tell what problems he is facing .

After knowing the problems we can check component causes these type of problem.to doing this we must have the knowledge about the devices that we are using

there can be many causes in network, but appropriate information gathering helps to solve the problem. when solving the problem look at the easiest solutions first. in most complex network the easiest solution is the right one.

we must have to have our second plan ready means that we always have to find all the possible solution of that problem and then select the best one among it. if the first solution fail so we have our second plan ready to execute. delay in solving the network problem can cause many type of damage to the organisation.
