A. The prospect of communicating primarily via Internet can say is liberating because Communication through internet is a kind of virtual communtiy. Here people or individuals who interact through specific social media, potentially crossing geographical and political boundaries in order to pursue mutual interests or goals. Some of the most pervasive virtual communities are online communities operating under social networking services. Communicating online is more accessible and cheaper by having an internet function built into one device such as mobiles, laptops, tablets and smartphones. Other ways of communicating online with these devices are via services and applications.
B. Yes we can say that the possibility of less face-to-face communication as disappointing because when a person do communication by face to face the he can better understand what the other person is saying and what all information he is giving because at that time the person can better understand by the facial expression and by the gestures of the speaker. Study of face-to-face interaction is defined as the process of recording and analyzing the reactive pattern of individuals when they are involved in a face-to-face interaction.[4] It is concerned with issues such as its organization, rules, and strategy. What's more, face-to-face communication could easily be interrupted or avoided by just pulling out a cell phone or electronic device. When it comes to communication and understanding one another fully 93% is non-verbal, and body language and 7% is written. When there is less face to face communication sometimes it happens that people misunderstand the things because they are not able to see the facial expression and they can’t understand the feeling as well in what sense the speaker is saying , sometimes it is not possible in not face to face communication that we sometime don’t understand properly. Despite the advent of many new information and communication technologies, face-to-face interaction is still widespread and popular and has a better performance in many different areas. Face-to-face communication is better than other virtual communications for the ambiguous information. The reason is that face-to-face communication can provide non-verbal messages including gestures, eye contact, touch, and body movement. However, the virtual communications, such as email, only have verbal information which will make team members more misunderstanding of the knowledge due to their different comprehension of the same words. On the other hand, the understanding of professional standards shows no difference between face-to-face interaction and virtual communications
c.Whether writing, speaking or using computers, communication skills are essential in virtually any job. These skills often are the result of upbringing and education but are fundamental to most businesses. Improving these skills is vital to becoming a successful employee.
