Problems:
1. In Book Entity you need to make ISBN No as Primary Key
2. In Video Entity you need to make Video no as Primary Key.
3. In Books Entity We need to classify what are Reference Books and Main Books,
I think you need to add one more entry in Book Entity for Reference Books
4. In Audio Books and HardCopy Books you need to make Copy No as a primary key.
5. Better if you can add separate Address table for each Supplier of the Media,
you can add separate entity for Door No, Street Address, Town...
  
6. You can add 0..* to 1 value for below relationships.
Media -------Video
Media -------Magazines
Media -------News Papers
Media ------- Books
Books -------Audio Books and HardCopy Books
7. In Video, Magazines and News Papers Tables need to add separate parameter which is identifies the reference or not and if
it is reference should do the checkout to Members in that case warning will be generates.
