Media
Librarian can order products to supplier, it needs,
Media no - primary key and it holds unique value.
Name - Name of the media. It may be either books or videos or magazines or newspapers.
Date of requisition - Librarian ordered date.
Date of disposal - Suppliers disposal date
Refference only - flag for refference.
Checkout.
Customer/User can take a book for their reference to the study. And He/She should return books after a particular period of time. Checkout includes media no that is what type of media they had taken. It may be a book or videos or magazines or newspapers.
Record No - primary key.
Media no - Foreign key - it denotes the type of the product. (book or videos or magazines or newspapers)
Outdate - checkout date or user taken date
Due date - Last date to return the book.
Return Date - It denotes the exact returning date of the product.
Warning
If the user doesn't return the product to a particular period of time, then they will send a message or warning to the customer to return the book. It includes,
Record No - Foreign key - What type of product is it.
Card No - Foreign key - User card number who take the book.
Date - Date of message sent.
Warning No - type of warning
Message - Information or warning details
The media includes following informations,
Books:
ISBN No - ISBN number
Author - Book author name
Category - type of the book
Publication date - book published date
book can be divided into 2 types, that is: Audio book and Hard copy book
Audio book includes Copy number, Reader and Length (size of the audio).
Hard copy book includes Copu number and Number of pages
Videos:
It includes video number, copy number, lead actor- actor name, director name - video director name, category- category of video, type - type of video and length - size of the video.
Magazines:
Name - name of magazines, Volume, issue and date.
Newspaper:
Date - Newspaper published date and lead artical.
These all types of media should be published with some information,
Publish number - primary key.
Name - name of the publisher
Address - address of the publisher.
